Thomas Kalil is currently serving as the Deputy Director for Policy for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and Senior Advisor for Science, Technology and Innovation for the National Economic Council. Kalil is on leave from UC Berkeley, where he was Special Assistant to the Chancellor for Science and Technology at UC Berkeley.

Glenn Renwick has been CEO and President of the Progressive Corp., since January 2001. He served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Progressive Corp., from March 2000 to March 2004. Prior to being named CEO, he served as CEO- Insurance Operations and Business Technology Process Leader (1998-2000).

Dr. Arthur Schwartz has been at the John Templeton Foundation for 13 years. He was a Senior Program Officer and Vice President before becoming the Foundation's first Executive Vice President three years ago. In his role, Dr, Schwartz is responsible for the design and implementation of philanthropic strategies to increase the Foundation's effectiveness and impact.

He is the Author or Co-Author of 13 widely read books, including Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything and Grown Up Digital: How the Net Generation is Changing the World.

Dr. Anthony J. Tether was appointed as Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) on June 18, 2001. DARPA is the principal Agency within the Department of Defense for research, development, and demonstration of concepts, devices, and systems that provide highly advanced military capabilities.

Andreas Widmer is the Co-Founder of the S.E.V.E.N Fund, a non-profit run by entrepreneurs whose goal is to dramatically increase the rate of innovation and diffusion of enterprise-based solutions to poverty.
